This year - no exception. We headed to Seattle to drop the kids off with Gramma & Papa.... a fun week ahead for all. That is, until we went to the park. We stayed at Katie's house Saturday night and Sunday morning all rode our bikes down to Green Lake.
We decided to stop off at the playground for a little while and had a great time!
Beck likes to keep up with Thomas - and this day was no exception!
Here is where we ended up.....
Name bracelet - we were already in the computer from our last visit!
Got an ice pack while we waited for our x-ray.....
And 5 hours later - we left with a splint and a broken wrist confirmed.
By the time we were halfway through - Gramma and Papa had made it Seattle to meet us so we were quite a big group in the ER!
A few hours later we were back at Aunt Katie's and all was well. Made for a little harder visit to Gramma's but he didn't let it stop him too much!
When they got home a week later, we went to the doc here in town and got a removable splint put on....

He should be getting the splint off for good in another couple of weeks....until then, it's life as usual around here with crazy boys and non-stop motion!
